GMH TRAVEL – TERMS & CONDITIONS / REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking travel services with GMH Enterprises, LLC d/b/a GMH Travel (“GMH Travel”), you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any applicable supplier/vendor terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all travel arrangements made through GMH Travel, whether booked online, by phone, or in person.

2. Role of GMH Travel

GMH Travel acts solely as an agent for airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, insurance carriers, and other travel service providers (“Suppliers”). All bookings are subject to each Supplier’s own terms, conditions, and policies, which may supplement or override these Terms. GMH Travel is not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of any Supplier.

3. Quotes, Prices & Payments

  • All quotes are subject to change until confirmed by the Supplier and a deposit or full payment is processed.

  • Supplier payment schedules must be followed to avoid automatic cancellation.

  • Clients must review and approve the full itinerary and total price in writing or electronically before payment is accepted.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Late Cancellation Fee

  • All cancellations and refunds follow the Supplier’s policies. GMH Travel has no control over Supplier refund amounts or timelines.

  • If a booking is cancelled within sixty (60) days of departure, GMH Travel will charge a cancellation fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the total booking amount, even if the Supplier issues a refund or travel credit. This fee covers administrative work and lost commissions and is non-refundable.

  • All professional service fees, booking fees, and administrative fees charged by GMH Travel are non-refundable.

5. Chargeback Policy

If the Client initiates a credit card dispute (“chargeback”), the Client agrees to reimburse GMH Travel for:
(a) all Supplier penalties,
(b) any lost commissions, and
(c) any bank or merchant processor chargeback fees.

6. Force Majeure

GMH Travel is not liable for cancellations, delays, or losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, labor strikes, severe weather, or government actions.

7. Travel Insurance

GMH Travel strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against financial losses from trip cancellations, changes, medical emergencies, delays, lost baggage, or other unforeseen events. If declined, the Client must sign a Travel Insurance Waiver Form releasing GMH Travel from liability for uncovered losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida.

9. Seller of Travel Registrations

GMH Enterprises LLC d/b/a GMH Travel is registered as a Seller of Travel in:

  • Florida – Registration No. ST45320

  • California – Registration No. 2165236-70

  • Washington – Unified Business Identifier (UBI) No. 605823723
